I've had an account on here for nearly two years, but I haven't really done much with it. I've lost quite a bit of weight over the last two years, but I'd still like to loose a little more (those last few pounds really hang on there). I'm not focussing so much on a specific weight, though. I'm focusing on fitness and getting to a place where I'm happy with the way I look. Due to some recent medical news (being a celiac and lactose intolerant), I've decided to get into the Paleo Diet. (makes so much sense to me, too, the more I read about it). Joining a CrossFit gym next week and training for my first 5K run. Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
