I've been tracking my calories for about eight weeks with MFP. I've lost an official 14 pounds and an unofficial 19 (I wasn't near a scale when I first filled out my profile and credited myself with five fewer pounds than I really started off with.) I'm not perfect every day but tell myself to be honest with my tracking and let tomorrow be another day. I'm curious to get a handle on how much I eat as much as I'm here to lose weight. In the past, I've lost weight through exercise but put it back on eating food I felt like I had earned by being good.

Eventhough it gives you those calories back from your workout, I just treat them like they are not even there and stick to what I have been set to do but I make sure to eat plenty of protein to keep my body fueled through out the day0
