still too soon??

I'm just following up on a previous post about my weight loss. It's been nearly two weeks since I started my diet and etc and eat 1200 calories a day and exercise nearly daily and STILL have not even lost a pound. I'm still the same weight :( I don't get what else to do after another week of same results. Has this happened to anyone else?

    I have about the same amount to take off as you and I ended up having to up my calories to 1400. It helped me get out of the slump. Hang in there!

    I started out at 1200 calories, but I was very hungry & not really losing--down one day, back up the next. I changed my goal & upped my calories & I've been steadily losing almost a pound a week.
