Although I have onlu gained 2 lbs since my last log in I still need to get back on track.
Here are my excuses
The kids are home for the summer- I picked a gym with daycare, take them
I got a full time job- I work 2nd shift, go in before then.
See i really dont have any excuses except I am lazy. No motivation.
My food has been ok. Alot of people keep asking me if I am still loosing. I am not. I fit into a med shirt and a size 12 pants and I am ok
with that.
Anyone have any ideas?

It's tough but you owe it to yourself to make the time for working out. Even if you're happy with your current weight, the health benefits are worth it. It will keep you from gaining back your hard earned weight loss and more importantly, you help your heart, blood pressure, etc., etc..
Focus on the positive aspects and make the time. Eventually, you can reach a point where you feel bad if you don't work out.
Good luck.0
