Hey Everyone,
I recently started a new position at work where I am constantly on my feet, running up and down stairs, walking, lifting things, etc. On top of this I exercise in the evening. Should I change my goals from lightly active to active for the extra 40 cal net (bringing it to 1240net) or keep it as it is? Thanks!
