Favorite challenge!!

Options
So far in the new gym, my favorite class is boot camp (which is the number reason I switched!) and my top three favorite stations in this class: #1) Sledgehammer to the tire (releases so much stress!!), #2) pull up with Rings and #3 Pushing/Pulling 150 pounds of anything. What's everyone else's top three favorite challenging exercises (non-cardio)?

    I can't think of 3 right now, but I do like doing lateral raises. I have weak shoulders, but I'm really focusing on changing that. So, while I don't necessarily enjoy them as I'm trying to squeeze out the last reps, I'm thankful for them, b/c I'm gaining strength.

    Chin ups
    Squats (actually.... I really hate these, but they are great for the muscle but bad for the joints...)
