My periods have been light and less days since I started working out every day. I used to get really bad PMS 2 weeks before and knew it was coming.NOW sometimes I go to the bathroom and get suprised.
That sounded like I meant a good surprise.. LOL

I noticed I haven't been getting the tell tale migraine right before I start! Back pain is minimal too. Still feel slightly crampy, but that is better than a headache! Plus i am irregular and need to have some sort of clue to give me a heads up.0

Nothing has changed in the way of heaviness or cramping, but I no longer bloat. Methinks it's the amount of water I drink nowadays.0
