Hoping to See a Better Reflection

Hi! I just joined a few days go. I have looking for ways to help keep me motivated and accountable for my dieting and exercise. I seriously need to lose some weight. I used to be a very athletic person but I slowly started putting on weight after I got married and started a full time job then of course came the baby and I just can't seem to shake this weight. I can't stand looking in the mirror... so I started a blog to use as an online journal http://better-reflection.blogspot.com which has helped me keep better track of my diet and workouts. Then a friend told me about this website! I absolutely love it! It's great to see exactly what I'm doing and it keeps me honest about what and how much I'm really eating.
