Hi! So I've had this app since January and have only logged in maaybe 3 times...I can do better than that!:noway: So this is me making a serious effort to lose the weight. Gained roughly 70 lbs since I got married 5 years ago, and enough is enough! Here's hoping MFP helps to keep me motivated and on track!

    Start using it one day at a time and after a week or two it becomes second nature! Just get over that frst speed bump! You can do it! Good luck!
  • You can do this. Keep in touch with others -- add people here as friends and we'll keep you motivated. That's what's helped me.
