Today is my last day of this challenge. I leave tomorrow morning and probably won't get a workout in. Yikes! The most I can get is walking up and down the platform in Fort Worth and Dallas (where we stop for 10-20 minutes).

Yesterday I had a nice workout on the elliptical. Today is walking and hopefully some yoga.

Oh, don't forget you weekly challenges. Mine for this week are: get some form of exercise on the train - as much as possible. Don't eat crap dessert. Eat as little crap as possible.

Happy workouts y'all.

Mary

I can't believe it's nearly December. Wasn't it just January?

So, this week, here are my personal challenges:

No wheat (I only ate it twice last week, which is pretty good.)

2 days of weights (one day upper body (Tues), one day full body (Sat.))

2 days of bikram (Sunday and Friday)

4 days of cardio (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday)

    1 day off (Wednesday)

no food eating on the sofa (this is major for me. . .as I'm finding it very difficult to not do this.)

Today. . .it's Bikram, water, vits and hopefully a good night's sleep.

    Take care of yourselves!:flowerforyou:

    Why no wheat?

Because I'm gluten intolerant, possibly celiac. . .it makes me sick and bloated.

Have a safe trip, Mary! :flowerforyou:

My goals for this week are to do my pushups, cardio 3 times (assuming I ever get over this cold), and keep my eating under control. Those Girl Scout cookies are not helping!

    Take care, all!
