When that alarm goes off in the morning especially when you are in a deep sleep, its so easy to push snooze or decide to turn off the alarm and tell yourself you will get your workout in later. Lately thats whats been happening to me, but ive been shutting off my body talk and forcing myself to get out of bed. I am putting my mind in control of my actions. I know that if i don't get up and get my workout in i will be kicking myself at lunchtime for not getting it done. Everyday we have a choice......to put ourselves in control of what we do. I choose health, weight loss, a positive attitude and a 5 m ile run everymorning and thats whats going to get me to my goals and make me truly happy with myself. I hope all of you think positively about your workouts and know that your body wants and needs it to reach your goals.

Love it! Turning off my body talk has been the most important thing in helping me reach my goals. :)

Love the attitude! I work out at night, after my kids are put to bed, and it's so easy to slack on it, choose to do something else, or decide that it's just "too late." Almost did that last night. But I told myself that if I want to lose weight/get in shape, no one else is going to do it for me. I'm going to have to do it myself. So just do it!

Great inspiration for the day!
