So I had a vertical c section in December 2009 =[. My stomach looks droopy and I feel like it is ruined because of the incision. I am stain Insanity, HipHop Abs, 30 Day Shred, and Power 90 Monday. Also I am going to eat alot healthier. I know this is a lot and all at once but I want to be in shape for the Holidays this year. I am about 5'4 and weigh around 150. Im not fat I just have this annoying stomach. Can I obtain a flat stomach not even really just like super flat but flat enough to maybe show it off sometime. I am 20 btw.

Going to tell you Insanity & P90 should not be done together. You risk injury when you are doing all these types of workouts. I would do P90 & one other dvd for the first 90 days and switch. I work out ALOT but if you do this you will have injuries.
I should add that I did a month of P90X with cardio & some weight training and that was too much for me.0 -
I would say pick one workout routine and give it everything, doing too many will burn you out and you wont be so motivated.
I hae a c section belly and I have to say I have seen no improvement yet, I totally believe that it will get better though, just stick at it and don't expect results over night.0 -
Wow just did my first level of 30 day Shred. I really liked it I can honestly feel it in my arms and lower abdominal. I also like insanity even though yesterday was my first day and I only have the Fit test done. Ill probably do 30 Day Shred and Insanity for 30 days. Then switch to HipHop Abs and Insanity for my last 30 days. I will be uploading my before picture on Monday and will continue to post every 30 days. Thanks for the advice. Btw I just watched Power 90 and really don't think I would have been able to handle Insanity and Power 90. Lolz0

I am shredding at the minute too. Just done day 12, can feel a difference already.I do the shred all the time, but never in order over the 30 days straight, hoping for good results for us both

I had an emergency c-section in August 2009 that is horizontal on the outside (scar is from hip bone to hip bone), but vertical on the inside and I totally know what you mean. And my belly button is totally wonky! I keep believing that if I lose the fat there, that it will get somewhat better. I do work my abs a lot as it helps me to stand tall and keep my back in good shape, but maybe one day we will be able to see them too!
I get discouraged about this area more than any other, but I just remind myself that I would do it all over again to have my baby (who is now 11!) born safe and healthy and at the time, the emergency c-section was the only way to make that happen. If the price for that is a perpetually weird belly button and a tummy pooch, then I can live with that. :-)0 -
I am so glad I am not the only one.0
