Im trying to break out of my plateau, so I will take half a pound over a gain.
Im also using this group as a chance to break myself from my scale addiction... I made it through the week with only weighing myself once since last Wednesday, that is big for me. I was weighing in several times a day:blushing:

Feeling pretty good after my weigh in. I met my goal to be between 181-179 for the month of August! I really need to start taking my measurements and I need to take a pic of my body now. I know that it is changing, but I'm just deathly afraid of actually seeing what the pic looks like, lol. I guess after I get back from the gym, I'll break out the measuring tape and camera...

First, I apologize for being so late getting the totals together ... that said ... this was a great week!! Congrats to jatcat310 who lotst 5.3 pounds this week!! Holy smoke!! Congrats also to cirka2002, liyafitz, tishaloses, megz4987, sweetpeagrl, funrun08, ivymarie75 an SDMHudson who all lost. There was a total of 16.7 pounds lost just this week!! In the 3 weeks we've been doing this you all have lost 39.2 pounds!!!! WAY TO GO!!! Next week is week 4 and final week and then we will start all over again. So proud of all of you!!!0

Hey sorry I missed this weeks weigh in we don't have internet and won;t get it back until next weekend. SO I wanted to put in this weeks and next since I weighed already.
