Sometimes I mix black pepper in with plain greek yogurt for a spread on sandwixhes or wraps.

I use plain greek yogurt in place of sour cream as well.

I love this idea. I will definitely try it.

plain greek yogurt with strawberries and balsamic glaze. add agave nectar if you need it to be sweet.

This makes 2 or 4 servings, depending how much you want

1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp honey
Dash of cinnamon

When I have a sweet craving and I have barely anything in the fridge I use a tiny bit of Crystal Light to turn my low fat greek yogurt into a fruit flavoured yogurt. I don't need to add a lot at all to give it a different flavour and it is a great solution when I get a craving for something sweet and I have nothing in the house but plain yogurt.
