Night owls

I'm positive this has been asked before, but i'm asking it again. For those of you who work at night or finish late how do you manage your food intake. I have started working nights again and i'm gaining again but i'm always hungry.
How do you all cope with a different schedule??

    I drink a smoothie! It keeps me full until I'm able to sleep.

    An example of one of my recipes:
    1 cup of frozen berries
    6 oz of OJ
    2 tbsp flaxseed meal
    1/3 cup of low-fat vanilla yogurt
    and BLEND :D
