Hello,I have got abit of pain on my ab area,i have been doing an ab workout soo is it good if they hurt??

    Yeah, it should be a good thing if it's your abs that are hurting. Try stretching out to ease the pain.
    If it was something more serious, like cramping or spasms, then you would know.
  • Hi , well its a sure sign that you have been working out your abs. The pain will go but dont over do it at the start. Give your body time
    to adjust if its your first day doing ab workout. Best of luck with it.
    In time your abs will get stronger ,..... crawl before you run :-)

    It depends on the kind of pain.... Soreness (i.e.hurts when you use your abs) is expected. But pain when your muscles are relaxed I don't think is normal.
