Hi All,
I have a question. According to this site to accomplish my goals, I am supposed to consume 1500 calories a day. Which I do. However if I exercise, it says that I can consume 300 more. Is it bad if one doesnt or is it ok as long as I consume my 1500?
Best,
Kathy

Personally I never add in the Calories from Exercise. I am on 1800 calories through my trainer & she does not want me to add in my cals from exerciseing. If I did I would be over 2000 per day, which would not be good for me. Even on 1800 I often have a hard time getting them all in.
But that's just me. Opinions vary on this issue.
