Greetings all, I just joined. The year I turned 40 I got my act together and started to lose weight, 30lbs the first year and 20lbs the following year. I kept those 50lbs off for 5 years. In the last year I've gained 20 back- partly emotional, partly my job, partly quitting smoking, mostly my lack of attention. So here I go again, I'm glad to have found this site, it will be really helpful. I wish for lighter bodies and minds for all of us here for 2008 :smile:
