I would drink plain ole water. As a rule, tea is caffeinated and you want to try and stay away from too much caffeine. Plain ole pure water is best.

Ice tea would be good. I can't drink unsweatened tea. If you don't have tea available, drink some chocolate milk. It's good to drink after strength workouts.

Sure! (unsweetened) I like those sugar free peach tea packets that you put in a bottle of water.

Actually, you should need to drink water after a workout to rehydrate. Tea has caffeine, which is actually a diuretic, meaning it helps to flush water out, so after a workout where you have been sweating and are already partially dehydrated, iced tea isn't going to help. Drink water, get rehydrated, and THEN drink your iced tea.
