My first post so wanted to say hi to everyone. Was told about MFP by a friend so thought I'd check it out to see how it all works.

Have started healthy eating / exercising (for now the Wii Fit but after not doing anything for years, it's a start, have done between 1 - 2 hours every day). In the first week I've lost 7 pounds, eaten really well, drunk so much water and not been hungry either. I feel so proud of myself for getting off my butt and doing something about my weight.

I've never been one to focus on how much I weigh more on how clothes fit. I want to get into smaller clothes and all those at the back of my closet that haven't seen daylight in years. Plus of course buy new ones.

I'm going to treat myself everytime I lose half a stone (7 pounds) so I already owe myself something :wink: I was going to buy more Pandora charms but at this rate I don't know if I can afford it.

Thanks for reading and I hope to get to know some of you better in the coming days / weeks / months

    That's great!!! Good luck! I'm glad you are trying to reward yourself as you go! I really should try to do that also! Maybe go shopping for a new blouse every x pounds :)
