So I walk at a very, very brisk pace while pushing my 21lb son in his stroller. How do I account for the push as well as the pace? I don't know if I should log in walking at pace and do a separate log for pushing him in the stroller. What does everyone else do?

There's a walking with stroller but I just don't know if I should only log the walk at pace or add both the walk at pace and walking pushing stroller.

i'd do either or. If you burn a few extra calories that don't get counted. Bonus

I have a heart rate monitor and when I walk pushing a stroller I have a much bigger burn than just walking alone...can't remember the difference (of course that's different for everybody anyway). It is a big difference though.

This doesnt answer your question but it reminded me of my weight loss after my third child was born many years ago :).... I had my baby in a front pack and the boy I babysat in the stroller. I walked my older kids to school and went back to pick them up and we walked back home 5 days a week. The weight came off like crazy....
