    Just pulled my first test batch (I cut all ingredients by half) out of the oven! They sure look good to me:

    So, if you did fancy a bit of crust, would you just crumble up some crackers/biscuit into the bottom of the baking case before you add the mixture?

    The recipe I adapted these from calls for 2/3 graham cracker crumbs, 2 Tbsp butter, and 2 Tbsp sugar...so I would probably use about half that just to keep carbs/calories down, substituting a light margarine and xylitol for butter and sugar. I might try to go a little lighter on the margarine, too. After all, you only need enough to make the crumbs stick together.
