    Love Hip Hop Abs, heres the schedule:

    Week One
    Mon- Fat Burn Cardio
    Tue- Fat Burning Cardio
    Wed- Ab Sculpt
    Thurs- Fat burning Cardio
    Fri- Fat Burning Cardio
    Sat Ab Sculpt
    Sun- Rest

    Week Two
    Mon- Fat Burning cardio
    Tue- Fat Burning Cardio & Ab Sculpt
    Wed- Fat Burning Cardio & Ab Sculp
    Thur- Ab Sculpt
    Fri- Fat Burning cardio & ab sculpt
    Sat- Fat Burning Cardio & Ab sculpt
    Sun- Rest

    Week 3
    Mon- Fat Burning Cardio & Ab Sculpt
    Tue- Total Body Burn
    Wed- Fat Burning Cardio & Hips, buns & Thighs
    Thurs- Fat burning Cardio and Ab Sculpt

    I do them once a day. I fell off the work out wagon, but when I was doing it, I saw great results. Right now I am getting back into a work out schedule and am rotating between Hip Hop Abs and Zumba. Feel Free to add me as a Friend.
