"circuit training"? Or what?

I've been working out with a trainer and the workouts vary but its something like .....5 minutes of walking then 5 minutes of walking lunges then a minute of jogging then walking -- then free weights for 10 minutes, then mat work for 10 minutes, ball work.... etc. Varies wildly from that but ...should I log it as circuit? MFP thinks thatw as 600 calories of work for an hour which seems like an awful lot.

You might want to buy an HRM to see what your actual calorie burn is. You can log it as circuit training, then change the number to what your HRM says.0
