just pigged out on some bedtime snack foods and feel really crappy : (

    I agree, tomorrow is another day, We all have fall backs, we got fat cuz we eat too much focus on all of those snacks you have resisted eating instead of the few you have.

    Just remember that crappy feeling the next time you think you want junk food & your craving will go away. I know this b/c a Sonic burger revisted me a couple weeks ago after I got done exercising. Won't be wanting one of those for a long time. :sick: Tomorrow's a new day & just focus on getting in your exercise & eating right the next few days & you'll feel better. You can do it!:drinker:
