Craving HELP

I have been craving pizza for the past two weeks but have been fighting the cravings. Seems like the longer I say no, the stronger they get. I'm afriad to get some because I know I cant stop at a good portion. I'm the kind of person that will eat the whole thing so I don't have any left over the next day so won't have temptations to not eat healthy. I guess I'm mainly venting and feel like I need to know what others have done in the past. Is it worth it to eat a thin crust so I stop craving? What's worked for people in the past.
*Homemade pizzas are not the same as delivery pizza to me unfortunately so cant make a healthier version to fix the craving*

I know the feeling that you described so very very well... but that is in the past now. Eating the WHOLE thing so that you won't be tempted again tomorrow with the leftovers is a diet strategy, not a lifetime commitment strategy.
First, go get a slice from the pizzeria and bring it home and have it with a nice salad and a diet soda even (I don't drink soda anymore) ... even get two slices if you exercise before enough to cover the calories.
Eat what you want. Don't get yourself worked into a frenzy about a specific food... then you're the slave to the food and you're not truly able to enjoy it.
Think about your words - eating it all because you don't want to tempt yourself the next day with something bad - that's not you being in control. Step up to control, look at the pizza and tell it who is boss. If money is the question, buy the whole pizza and immediately wrap 6 of the slices into individual containers and put each of those into the freezer. Then, the next time you want pizza it is in the house and you have to heat it in the oven to have it.
This is not a fight. This is your life's journey. Enjoy it.0 -
Can you buy one slice of your favorite pizza at the best pizza place in town , take it home and enjoy it with a big salad ?0
