I have been craving pizza for the past two weeks but have been fighting the cravings. Seems like the longer I say no, the stronger they get. I'm afriad to get some because I know I cant stop at a good portion. I'm the kind of person that will eat the whole thing so I don't have any left over the next day so won't have temptations to not eat healthy. I guess I'm mainly venting and feel like I need to know what others have done in the past. Is it worth it to eat a thin crust so I stop craving? What's worked for people in the past.

*Homemade pizzas are not the same as delivery pizza to me unfortunately so cant make a healthier version to fix the craving*

My suggestion is to invite some people over for pizza and order thin crust. That way you satisfy your cravings, but aren't left with extra pizza just sitting there calling your name and saying ''eat me!'' Lol I just had pizza like an hour ago, thin crust from pizza hut, and no it's not the same. I shared it with my family and was the last one to eat, so I was only left with 2 pieces, when I'd usually eat 3. If you've been craving something for that long and you've been "good" then I say you should satisfy your cravings, just try not to eat the whole thing

just order a pizza and eat it with 2 other friends, that way you can't eat the entire thing. When it's all gone, tell yourself "until next time." I have the same problem with any kind of chocolate. When I cheat, I CHEAT...
