Cravings!

I hate it when I had a long day and I just drive along and get so in the mood for fast food, or a big delicious burger! Haha, it sucks so much!! I get cravings a lot...for wings, soda, sweets. I don't know how to fight it.

I need tips! ;D

    I hear you! I commute 80 miles to and from school everyday, and I drive through two towns with an abundance of diet ruining opportunities. I've found that keeping triscuits, or filling bars like Cliff or Nature Valley in my car keeps me satisfied until I reach my safe place. Another thing that helps me is hard mints to keep my taste buds busy.

  • I always have alternatives for everything I crave.
    If I crave pizza (mmmm pizzaaaa):
    1 Whole wheat flax pita bread
    Marinara sauce (I prefer organic like Newman's Own)
    and shredded skim mozzarella

    Broil it for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Viola!

    If I crave candy:
    Chocolate protein with almond milk and a tbsp of PB.
    Blend together with ice and BAM. Delicious and sweet.
