Ingredients
1 cup lowfat milk
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
pinch of salt
2 Tablespoons frozen blueberries
1/3 cup (more or less) unsweetened applesauce
How to make it
Mix milk and oats in microwave-safe cereal bowl
add salt, if desired
cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight
next morning, add blueberries and applesauce
microwave 2 minutes, stir
microwave 1 more minute, if you have a sweettooth, add some honey or sugar, then eat and enjoy0 -

I was leary at first but they are amazing! Here's what I've been eating:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup skim milk (don't have any other)
1/2 cup chopped frozen mango
1/4 cup chopped frozen cranberries
1 tsp cinnamon sugar
Mix it up & put it in the fridge. In the morning add 1 tbsp slivered almonds!0 -
I've also added a tbsp peanut butter & a little cocoa powder (can't remember how much).
And have also used raisins & dried cranberries and then topped with slivered almonds in the morning.0 -
Thanks everyone!! Trying it tonight!0
