What are some good back exercise that you have tried? I am getting married in May and my dress makes my back sit real straight. I want it to be strong so I am not in pain on my wedding day! Any good suggestions?

simpliest...pull ups and chin ups! thow in some push ups and you will be feeling and looking great!0

Seated row and lat pulldowns. Also the pull ups and dips mentioned before!! Planks work your core but also help your back too I've found!! The Superman exercise is a good one too. Congrats on your upcoming wedding!!0
