Hello, my name is Eric and I just found this site through the app store on my android (random download) and I am glad I did!
While I am currently about 20, maybe 25 lbs over I would like to lose a few more. Not sure how I got over, but somewhere I either ate more or exercised less, maybe both!
This all came about due to my PT test (guard) is in September, so here I am tracking weight and making sure I pass.
My ultimate goal is to build some muscle mass (not body builder style) and lose some fat, I want to be a healthy 165-170.
I love running, and run quiet often, at very minimum 4 miles a day. Speaking of running, I just bought some KomodoSport 5 fingers to run in. While this is day one (I ran on treadmill so to keep them clean for a return if need) I would like to use them consistently for running on the road. Does anyone use these shoes, any advice, knowledge or help?
