    Cardio and eating clean.

You'll hear people say "Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym."

If you do core exercises make sure you include your back

    Good luck!

You can't spot reduce fat, so you have to lower overall body fat and the belly is the last place many of us (myself included) lose the weight. BUT if we work out well, strength train and eat clean then when the fat does come off that last area the muscles will be nice and toned and flat underneath.

    Just keep plugging along!

Cut out as many canned, packaged and processed food as you can. Basically, shop around the perimeter of your grocery store and stay away from the inner isles. Eat fresh produce if you can but for times you don't want to prep or go shopping, frozen veggies are the next best thing.

Dont over eat especially before bed. try not to eat at least 3 hours before sleep. Pop, fatty foods anything that makes you bloat cut it out an d you will lose inches.

For belly fat: Cardio and core/ab workouts will help tighten your stomach muscles and help hold them in. Include a few fruits and lots of veggies in to your daily diet. Drink plenty of water to help flush toxins and help reduce water retention in your body. On the more intriguing side, add a little bit of dark chocolate (60% cocoa or more) every day as a small treat. Dark chocolate has health benefits but it has been known to help fight belly fat. Plus, it tastes really good and gives you something sweet to look forward to every day. :)

I blogged about how it helped me through a plateau: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/bjohs/view/plateau-vs-chocolate-who-won-116497. Enjoy!

Try to keep your daily sodium intake to 1,500mg or under. Although you may be doing everything right to help fight belly fat, too much sodium will bloat you and give you the impression you are not gaining any ground.

Inch loss is even better than weight lost.
