ugh I didn't think it was as bad as it is but ugh!!!! Ok guess that just means I need get my mind wrapped around this, completely surrender and commit to my goal and plan. I am starting the 30ds on Monday and I'm going food shopping tomorrow. Christmas is my goal date. Stay tuned for the after pics.....

    30 day shred is great i only lost 3.5lbs on it but it transformed my body.

    It's REALLY toning.
    I've lost 3 pounds and I'm on day 21, but I can see my stomach is smaller. I took measurements day 1 so I can see how many inches I lost. :)
