I realize you are all willing to help, which I so greatly appreciate, I just think it'd be so much better if the support would go both ways, and if the other person needs support as well.

    I can try to help you out..I'm 22..just graduated college in May..successfully lost weight last year and then put some back on and am trying to get back into the lifestyle of being healthy

    I like to have lots of buddies, because then I can see all the little comments they make about how their day was, and it is encouraging to see others losing weight while going through the same issues.
