A Sunday Challenge!

Good Morning!!!!

Well I'm having a hard time getting moving today so I thought I would post a challenge (because obviuosly as the Challenger, I'd have to do it!).

I challenge you to burn 10% more calories than you did yesterday!

So....Yesterday I burned 1236 calories (90 minutes in the gym). So 1236 x .1 = 123.6 (for me this is the equivalent of 7 minutes of walking on a steep incline)
In order to complete my challenge for today I would need to burn 1359.6 calories

    Great challenge - game on :)

    I did just over 500 yesterday, so a good target to aim for at the gym today. Look forward to catching up later on.

    THIS is so tempting, Steph, especially since it's supposed to be my rest day...I so never do what I'm "supposed" to do. You may see me back having taken you up on this challenge.
