I Love a Challenge!!

I joined 2 weeks ago, and have lost 2lbs. I was amazed, I've never actually tried to loose weight before, I'm not big to begin with (130lbs) but I decided to loose a bit of weight because I'm doing a fairly tough adventure challenge in 2 weeks! It's the Gaelforce West! So my personal challenge is to see if I could loose 4lbs before then, I'm on track and it's tough to stick with the calories, but as I said I like a Challenge!!

Any other fitness mad newbies doing any challenges?

    Well why don't you complete a challenge? It can be anything!

    Mine is an endurance challenge, it starts with a 12k jog, a 2k kayak, 3.5k bog run, 32.5k cycle, a 1k mountain climb and it finishes with a 12.5k cycle! It's going to be tough but fun! I'm not hugely fit, I can jog the 12k, but haven't done much cycling or anything else :)
