Garmin Forerunner 310XT update-Need Help

I just updated from 310XT to version 3.7. At the training page i could scroll through my time, virtual partner and my heart rate screen. After the update, i cant find that heart rate screen anymore. I went through the owners manual and its not very helpful
Can someone please help me!!
