New to Fitnesspal

Hi all!

I'm a uni student who has had enough of being lazy. I want to start eating right and working out right, but I need some help. I want to be able to cook a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner that isn't too expensive, lengthy or hard to make. I also need to know what some good workouts are to cut down fat fast. Thanks so much guys!

    I think the best exercise is the one you feel motivated to do at the time because it's better to do it than to do nothing, however interval training burns a lot of calories fast.
