So I like "running"!

Today was day 2 of training (yes im behind... I dont have a prob with getting up so early.. but last time really sucked and its just so cold!) I dragged myself out into the cold with my brother Riel and brother in-law David again... This time I went at my own pace which was more of a jog. We took the same route of 2.5km. I went a lot further this time. I felt great! I focused on not pushing so hard this time. I made sure I could say a few words at least. I would set mini goals (jog up to there, then here) and at times would go further than the little goals I set. I can't wait for Wednesday to do it all again! I can't wait until my jog turns into a run! :bigsmile:
Oh and after about 24 days I lost 1 lb! hahaha I have basically just been maintaining. So I was happy about that since I am no longer counting cals!

I hope you're right... I have worked to get to 5 miles.... and I am afraid.... But I want the toned bod - so I gotta do it! I was supposed to do it Saturday, but luckily I got sick! =:laugh: I may do it Wednesday morning.. ya know before I gorge on Thursday!0

It does get easier and addicting. The days I do not run I wished I had. Sounds like you are doing great. Keep it up. When you walk into the cold just think How hott you will be in a mile..:laugh:
