Hi,
I've been using MFP for 4 months on my own and have had reasonable success - well to be fair, I've exceed my own expectations and revised my goals twice now. Throughout my life my weight has yo-yo'd, and previous diets regimes I've followed have had quick results but I've not been able to maintain, and then I pile the weight and more back on.
I'm now starting to struggle with just 8 more pounds to go to my final goal. This will take me down to the weight I was when I got married 17 years ago. I know I should exercise more, although I am not inactive, I just can not find the get up and to get up and do more.
Any tips?

I lost without exercise. If you stick to your goals you will lose. Good luck.0
