Rest Day

Do you have a "Rest Day"? Or do you w/o 7 days a wk. I try to have a "Rest Day" on Sunday - usually take a walk, but no w/o.

    definitely take a rest day...good for the body to have time to recover. In fact, you could work out 5 days a week and take 2 off as long as you are getting good work out on those 5 days

    I thought yesterday was going to be a rest day, but I am enjoying my exercising so much that I had to get out and do something!! I am currently doing Couch to 5K (iPhone app) and love the walk and run that I do in 31 minutes! I am also in a Team Challenge here on MFP and have been working hard at the daily challenges. Keeps my heart a pumping and my weight a dropping!

    Gotta go to church today or I would be out running this morning!

    Seriously, resting a day is good for your body to recoop what it has been through, so might be a good idea to let your body heal for a day!!

    God rested, so we should too (note to self)!!
