I gained a pound since last week's weigh in, but I lost some inches!!! Do you guys think I should get rid of the ticker? According to it I have only lost one pound, but I know that my progress has been so much more than that! My ticker is laughing evilly at me! Where can we track how many inches we have lost on a ticker!!?? I the last 2 weeks I have actually lost 1 inch in my waist, .50 inch in each of my thighs, and .25 inch in my hips!! That is huge for me!

Under "My Home" "Check-in" you can record measurements like hips or waist. Then you can go under reports and see your progress.0

Sounds like you are doing great! You are probably toning and building muscle which would explain the loss of inches and not weight. If your ticker discourages you, then yes, dump it.0

Who cares about pounds... inches are all that really matters... Pounds are too hard to monitor... because if you build muscle like I do... that is heavier anyways.0
