Germany: 5k, 10k, half-marathon...

I am interested in doing a 5 or 10k soon, and hopefully a haf-marathon next spring.

I was wondering if anyone has run any in Germany, that they would recommend. I ive near Leipzig, so I am considering their half-marathon in Apri 2012.
