how to 30Day SHRED

What I'm reading so far on this
it's 10days, level 1,
10days level 2
and
10days level 3,
so it's 3wk-out in all?

is it 1wk-out each day for 30days? any breaks?

    Some people do it 30 days in a row. After doing Insanity you will find it is a lot easier!

    People do it differently. I'm actually doing about 30 days on each level, making it (for me) a 90 day workout.

    It really is entirely up to the person doing the program whether or not they do it 30 days straight or skip a day here and there. Technically your body needs recovery time. I just started the program on Friday, but I'm planning on doing it everyday. I will probably wait until I'm completely comfortable with Level 1 to advance to Level 2, so I might be spending more than 10 days per level. :laugh:

    you can do ten-days for each level. i didn't find level 1 as challenging as i'd like my workouts to be, so i'm just switching between levels, paired with some cardio on my own (elliptical, stationary bike) and using 30DS as a supplement to my daily workout.

    I did 30 days straight through, 10 days on each level.

    Now I rotate levels each day. Just trying to mix it up b/c it gets monotanous!
