Hi hope you are all having a good Sunday and that the diet are going well. In my home town it is not nice weather today rain rain and more rain hence why I have been on the Wii twice today allready. Hope the sun is shinning on you where ever you are and enjoy the rest of Sunday and keep up the good work :-):flowerforyou:

    Thank you...was really nice to get your message. I am so excited to get back into shape and this program will be very helpful. How are you doing on it? Rain and hot weather...then strange cold weather all in the same day. lol., that is what we are experiencing in Minnesota. Thanks again for your message it was very nice.:smile:
