Is anyone here on a Paleo diet?

Hey guys,

I've met someone who's very inspirational to be who has suggested this Hunter-gatherer diet and I was condering if anyone else was on it. I eat natural anyway and very few carbs so it's not too difficult for me to change but I was just looking for some advice on it
