One Ingredient Ice Cream!!!

I just made this. All you need is a banana!!!
~Make sure the banana is a little over ripe, but not mushy.
~Peel, cut into coins and place on a plate.
~Freeze the plate for 1 to 2 hours, until the banana is frozen solid.
~Using a food processor, process the frozen bananas, scraping down the sides occasionally, until the banana is creamy.
~At this point, I added a table spoon of peanut butter and processed until mixed (yes, I know this makes it TWO ingredient ice cream, but oh well)
The ice cream might be slightly thinner than soft serve, enjoy as is or place in the freezer for a little while to harden up. The longer it is in the freezer, the more it is like regular scoop ice cream.

Thanks for posting this. I froze half a banana last night and this morning I sliced it up and it was great. I didn't pulverize it into ice cream though.
I think I'll do that for a snack tonight though!0
