So as of late, I've been eating about 1000-1200 calories per day(don't judge this, please, i just don't get very hungry) and working about about 3-4 times a week for 60 minutes. I burn about 600-700 calories each workout.
But now uni is starting again, and I know I won't have much time at all to work out like i did over the summer. If I just continue my current diet, with exercising about 1 time a week for maybe 30-60 minutes, will I still lose weight??? :O
Thanks in advance!
