im hoping someone will have been through this problem before and will be able to point me towards a solution.

I have lost nearly 60lbs and have, as a result, got lots of loose skin around my bottom, particularly around my coxxics! If I sit for extended periods, ie driving my truck for upwards of 8 hours a day, my backside becomes unbearably sore. The skin actually folds thus becoming very sore!! HELP!!!!

What about wearing a pair of compression shorts to kind of hold the skin in one place while you have to sit? Im assuming that with time your skin will tighten up nicely and this wont be a issue. You are doing so good!!!

I can imagine coccyx pain following massive weight loss is pretty common as you've lost padding in the area of the tailbone and it is now exposed in a way that it probably hasn’t been for a while. Hopefully your body will adjust itself and the pain will go away after a while. In the meantime maybe purchase one of those back supports you sit on or those inflatable rings for the long truck journeys. Ive not had this problem yet !! But I imagine I'm going to feel the cold a lot more this winter lol.
