1 Quakers Salty Rice Cake
0.5 TBSP Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
2 TBSP Jet Puffed Marshmellow Creme

Frankly, if it were me, I would replace the marshmallow cream with 1/2 sliced banana or a low sugar fruit spread.... :flowerforyou:

Yeah, actually it sounds rather unhealthy. Sorry. All processed and probably full of sodium and sugar. I would dump the reduced-fat peanut butter and go for all natural. Much better for you.
  • I looked it up, marshmellow cream for 2 TBS there no fat calories and it is 45 total calories and 11 carbs.
I agree, use the natural or regular peanut butter, the ones that look like reduced have more sugar or other things.
So, if you limit it to one of these treats and the rest of your food is all about nutrition, you would be ok.

The web is a great source of info, just always check two or more sources to make sure you have good info.

    Best Wishes!
  • You could also try the powdered peanut butter (You just add water. Brand name PB2. I ordered it online). Much less fat and sugar and I think it tastes just as good as the regular stuff.
